It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rafe Chisolm Jr. (Yemassee, South Carolina), who passed away on February 15, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rev. Rafe Chisolm, Sr. and Mattie Brown Chisolm; and his wife Celeste Wilson Chisolm. He was also cherished by his wife, children, siblings, and large extended family.

Subsequent to the COVID-19 Pandemic, all services will be held in accordance with CDC GUIDELINES (facial masks and social distancing).
