With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louis J. Ramsey Sr. of Yemassee, South Carolina, who passed away on August 12, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Ramsey and Gladys Fisk Ramsey; and his siblings, Edward Ramsey, Louise Glover and Nora Lee Ramsey.
He is survived by: his wife Florence Diane Ramsey; his children, Louis Joseph Ramsey, Jr. (Eva) of Yemassee, Wanda Haymans (Miles) of Aiken and Mary Beth Weatherford (T. J.) of Tennessee; and his stepchildren, Gary Necessary, Benjamin Cooler and Denise Cooler. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; as well as several, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
