We are sad to announce that on September 3, 2021, at the age of 80, Jessie Jinks (Yemassee, South Carolina) passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Richardson and Jim Payne. She is survived by: her children, Rodney Heyward, Michael Jinks, Kimberly Singleton, Olivia Ford, Jackie Dunston and Tracy Jinks; and her siblings, Delores Richardson, Donna Richardson, Laverne Richardson, Danny Richardson of Texas and Robert Richardson. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
