He is survived by: his sons, Jay Cook of Sheldon and Matt Cook (Christina) of Mount Pleasant; his brothers, Joey Cook (Renee), Eddie Cook of Hampton and Robert Cook (Barbara) of Beaufort; and his grandchildren, Dawson, Turner, Connor and Emelia Cook.
