We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2021, at the age of 74, Donnie Eugene Phillips of Yemassee, South Carolina, born in Ridgeland, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sheri Hamil Phillips of Yemassee, SC; his parents, Camel Phillips and Nell Ernestine Peeples Phillips; and his brother James Phillips.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Coosawhatchie Baptist Church.
