He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe O'Bannard and Lucille Smith O'Bannard; and his wife Mary Alice O'Bannard. He is survived by: his son Kim Barnwell (Lisa). He is also survived by his sisters and brothers, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and caring friends.
