He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearley Locklair and Lunnie Cook Locklair; his daughters, Peggy Daniel and Crystal Gail; and his brother Pearley Locklair.
He is survived by: his spouse Donnie White Locklair; his daughters, Heather Wright of Union, Amanda Locklair of Enoree and Wendy Elizondo of Woodruff; and his siblings, William Locklair, Ray Locklair of Lake City, SC, Jane Jackson of Enoree, Mary Matthews of Lake City, SC, Mamie Wilkes of Lake City, SC and Vivian Eades of Seneca. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
