She was predeceased by: her husband Perry Cooper Ouzts; her son Dr. David Perry Ouzts (Joseph Lee Middleton) of Memphis, Tennessee.; and her siblings, Mildred Owens Brownlee, Mary Lou Owens Honeycutt, William Cecil Owens, Navy (Ret), Gray Court and Marshall Eugene Owens.
She is survived by: her sisters, Jayne Owens Shipley, Joan Owens Gardner and Shirley Owens Farmer.
