We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2021, at the age of 84, Roy Palmer Garrett of Woodruff, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam O. Garrett and Louise Morgan Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Smith Garrett; his brother Corporation; his children, Pam Garner (Dennis), Sammy Garrett (Pam) and Michael Garrett; his grandchildren, Melody Blighton (Adrian), Nick Garner (Claudia), Ashton Pruitt (Phillip Jr.) and Devin Garrett; his great grandchildren, Harper Blighton of Woodruff and Phillip Pruitt III of Woodruff; and his brother Edwin Garrett of St. Petersburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law.
