He is survived by: his wife Thersa Harris Hunter; his children, Alexis Lejuan Toney (Terrence) of Madison, AL and Sherome Eric Rice (Robyn) of Boiling Springs, S. C.; his stepchildren, Ron Harris (Monica), Kristy Lida (Stevie) and Carolyn Simmons (Rick); his siblings, Sylvia Mitchell (Tommy) of Buffalo, S. C., Annie L. Hunter of Buffalo, S. C., Thelma Johnson of Spartanburg, S. C., Linda L. Hunter of Monarch, S. C., Kenneth Hunter of Union, S. C. and James Hunter of Buffalo, S. C.; his aunt Alice Hunter of Union, S. C.; his grandchildren, Shawna L. Rice, Malik Jeter, LaShun Kershaw and Sarah Toney; and his stepgrandchildren, Di'Anna Lida, Mark Davis, Ally Bryant, Curtis Davis and Emma Simmons. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many more relatives and friends.
