He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Joel "W. J." and Dorothy Powers "Dot" Theo; and his brothers, Walter Theo and Mike Theo. He is survived by: his siblings, Tracy Theo and Heather Caldwell Theo (Todd); and his nephew Walt Caldwell of Woodruff.
