It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ollie Welborn of Woodruff, South Carolina, who passed away on January 28, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos McGee and Ada Bradley McGee; her daughter Joy Lynn Welborn; her siblings, Doris Burns, Hazel McCurry and Joseph Thomas McGee; and her stepfather Hugh Jeffeaux.
She is survived by: her husband Joe L. Welborn; her sister Hendell Huffstickler; her grandchildren, Roger and Nancy Snyder; her great grandchildren, Ginna Chappell (Drew), LeeAnn Toney (Marc) and Sara Beth Snyder; her granddaughter Susan Cromer (Mike); and also, Lilah, Amelia, Allie and Jacob. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Graveside services (with social distancing and masks worn) will be held Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 3:00 p. m. at Switzer First Baptist Church Cemetery by Rev. George McDowell.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Switzer First Baptist Church, 1634 Old Switzer Road, Moore, S.C. 29369.
