She was predeceased by: her grandmother Virginia Crouse. She is survived by: her parents, Vaughn Cummings and Destiny Helton; her grandparents, Bo and Nancy Helton; her great-grandparents, Robert Helton, Sr. and Wayne; her aunt Micaila Smith (John); and her cousins, Spencer and Mason Smith.
