She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Miles Floyd and Kathleen McLean Floyd; her great-uncle James Denny Darby; her great-aunt Cora Crim Darby; her husband Norris Lowell Neal Sr.; and her son Philip Lowell Neal.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen Neal Mason (Steven) of Raleigh, N. C.; her granddaughter Brittny Caroline Flynn (Mario); her great grandchild Makai Amari Flynn; and her grandchildren, Mario and Kai.
