He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jonas Edward and Bennie Gail Phillips Fortner; his wife Linda Anderson Fortner; his children, Aimee West (Johnathan) of Duncan, Heather Qualls (Dillon) of Woodruff and Josh Fortner (Leah) of Roebuck; his sisters, Lynn Bevill of Woodruff and Renee Smith of Woodruff; and his grandchildren, Kinsley West, Jaxon West and Emmaleigh Qualls.
