He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Finley and Mary Ruth Allen Finley; his wife Kathryn Smith Finley; and his daughter Wilma Lee Finley. He is survived by: his daughters, Ruth Ann Masters (David) of Dacusville, SC and Susan Gregory (Shane) of Rutherfordton, NC; his grandchildren, Ryan Masters (Shannon), Zachary Masters (Stefanie) and Emma Gregory; and his great grandchild Isaac Masters.
