Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Joe Welborn of Woodruff, South Carolina, born in Garnett, Kansas, who passed away at the age of 93, on November 7, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jessie and Dora Bristow Welborn; his spouse Ollie McGee Welborn; and his daughter Joy Lynn Welborn. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Hendell Huffstickler; his grandchildren, Roger and Nancy Snyder; his great grandchildren, Ginna Chappell (Drew), LeeAnn Toney (Marc) and Sara Beth McGregor (Daniel); his grandchildren, Susan and Mike Cromer; his great grandchildren, Laura Hollis (Brian) and Kyle Cromer (Jennifer); and also, Lilah, Amelia, Allie, Jacob, Emily, Braden, Lincoln and Lena. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
