She is survived by: her sons, John Mitchem (Crystal) and Allen Hawkins (Glenda); and her grandchildren, Holly Mitchem, Christopher Mitchem, Jennifer Kuzik (Mark), Kayla Griffin, Keith Hawkins, Tommy Hawkins, Jeff Hawkins (Wendy), Tim Hawkins (Wendy), Mitzi Parker (Charles) and Benny Hawkins. She is also survived by family members and friends.
