He was predeceased by: his parents, Minor Clifton and Rachel Taylor Smith; his wife Cheryl Hayes Smith; and his sister-in-law Vicki Hayes Manley. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Smith (Mark) of Woodruff and Tommy Smith (Stormy) of Gray Court; his brothers, David Smith (Carol) of Woodruff and Danny Smith (Terri) of Cross Anchor; and his grandsons, Webster Smith and Scout Smith.
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic it is requested that masks and social distancing be practiced at the visitation and funeral service.
