It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geraldine Stephens of Woodruff, South Carolina, born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on May 1, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Laney and Myrtle Babb Taylor; her husband Wilbur Curtis Stephens; and her daughter Karen Stephens Ellisor. She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Gillespie (Dannie) of Woodruff; her sisters, Jean Morgan of Duncan and Betty Monroe of Greer; her grandchildren, Jason Gillespie (Kerry) and Kelly Tam (Tony); and her great grandchildren, Colin Gillespie, Caitlin Gillespie, Abby Tam, Carter Tam, Amelia Gillespie and Everly Gillespie.
Due to COVID 19 it is requested that masks and social distancing be practiced at the visitation and funeral service.
