We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2022, at the age of 69, Ernest Skinner of Woodruff, South Carolina, born in Cocoa Beach, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Gwinn Skinner and Reverend E. Wilkes Skinner; and his siblings, James Stanley Skinner and Mary Kathryn Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Burgess Skinner; and his daughter Ava Liana.
