He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hayes Owings; his stepson Randy Crowe of Woodruff; his sisters, Connie Vinson (Virgil) of Woodruff and Rita Owings of Woodruff; his grandchild Donnie Miller; and his uncle Larry Morgan (Debbie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
