He is survived by: his wife Shirley Lanford Ballard; his daughter Melissa Ann Ballard (Rondrick Goodman) of Woodruff; his siblings, Nancy Ballard Taylor of Woodruff, Shirley Ballard Waddell of Woodruff, Terry Ballard of Woodruff and Ricky Ballard of Woodruff; and his grandson Tyler Goodman (Kinsey).
