Though Debbie may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her husband Randall "Randy" Dale Covan; and her parents, Bearl Ray Teague and Marlene Hanna Teague. She is survived by: her daughter Amanda Rhodes (Dustin); her grandsons, Jacob Teague, Hunter Rhodes and Kaleb Rhodes; and her sister Cindy Teague (Jerry Waters).
