He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Foster and Elizabeth Wiggins Foster; and his wife Dorothy Foster. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Donice Redd (late Jimmy) and Traci Evans (Bryan); his stepgrandsons, Brian Redd and Zachary Evans; his sons, Jimmy Foster (Donna), Donald Foster (Betsy) and Philip Foster; and his siblings, Alice Morgan, Aylene Wood, Harold Foster, Paul Foster, Melvin Foster and Stephen Foster.
