We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2019, at the age of 94, Samuel Ramsey (Winnsboro, South Carolina) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Samuel Ramsey to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Weldon and Martha Phillips Ramsey; and his siblings, James "Pat" Ramsey, Jean Ramsey, Mary Eliza "Peggy" Ramsey, Martha Elizabeth "Liba" Martin and Clara Louise Ramsey.

He is survived by: his brother John "Jack" Ramsey (Betty). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
