He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Franklin and Jettie Bell Gable Walker; his siblings, Jerry Walker, Frankie Walker, Doris Brazell and Jeanette Murphy; and his grandchildren, Kenneth Walker and Carrie Isenhower.
He is survived by: his wife Nellie Wooten Walker; his children, Richard Lee Walker, Jr., Michael Anthony Walker and Cacey Isenhower (George); and his brothers, Earl Walker (Linda) and Willam "Billy" Walker (Sarah). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Redemption Church (165 Columbia Rd, Winnsboro, SC 29180).
