We are sad to announce that on June 27, 2020, at the age of 100, Palmer Boulware of Winnsboro, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Boulware and Mary Timms Boulware; and his siblings, Melvine, William Boulware and Ellen Louise Frasher.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Allen Boulware, William Frasher, Connie Wachsmuth and Faith Risher.
