He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Carmen Lillian Williams Tefs (Danny), Otis Buford Williams, Jr. (Melissa) and Christopher Allen Williams; his grandchildren, Chandlor Justin Williams (Laken), Maya Elena Williams and James Dobson Lindler; his great grandchild Baylor Thomas Williams; and his cousin Constance Annette Williams Mason. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Otis' memory to Washington Street Baptist Church or the charity of one's choice.
