She was predeceased by: her parents, Posey Edgar Downs, Sr. and Annie Wells Downs; and her husband Ivan Earl Woodruff of Winnsboro, SC.. She is survived by: her sons, Warren Eugene Woodruff (Debra) of Simpsonville, SC and Ben Woodruff (Beth) of Wilmington, NC; and her grandchildren, James Woodruff (Tracy), Ashley Woodruff, Banks Woodruff (Melissa) and Alison Killian (Rally). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Cemetery Fund of the First Baptist Church, 1373 Newberry Rd, Winnsboro, SC 29180.
