She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Perry and Sallie Street Yates; her husband Bennie Louis Covin; and her brothers, Luther Yates and Harmon Yates.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Louis Covin (Angela), Terri Covin Robinson (Alan) and Edith Covin Burroughs (Jody); and her grandchildren, Joey Burroughs (Nicholle), Zach Burroughs (Samantha), Katie White (Ben), Joshua Register, Jessica Harmon (Tyler), Jon-Michael Covin and Whitney Heatherly. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Christ Central Ministries (235 S Congress St, Winnsboro, SC 29180). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Oaklawn Cemetery.
