He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Douglas and Sarah Branham Douglas; his sister Betty Jo; his brother-in-law Austin Peay; his brother Larry Douglas; and his siblings-in-law, Harold and Anna Starnes.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Starnes Douglas; his daughter Margaret Lynn Douglas Branham (Mike); his grandchildren, Allison Marie Branham-Tempest (Lee) and Christa Douglas Herrera (Tim Yongue); his great grandchildren, Charlotte, James Branham-Tempest, Aiden Joseph Douglas Riddle, Ana Lynn Douglas Herrera and Avalee Adell Douglas Herrera; his sister Carolyn Tanner (John); and his friend Larry Crowe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Bethel Arp Church Cemetery.
