He is survived by: his former wife Willie Bolar; his children, James Bolar Jr. and Christina Bolar Coles; his brother Bennie Jackson; and his grandchildren, Audrey Lesesne, Ocean Daniels, Shaw Coles, Jena Bolar and Morgan Lesesne. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
