With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank Speagle of Winnsboro, South Carolina, born in Concord, North Carolina, who passed away on September 11, 2020 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Speagle and Beulah Leigh Speagle; and his siblings, Dennis Speagle, Deborah Speagle and Dennie Marthers.
He is survived by: his wife Jody H. Speagle; his son Kyle Perry Speagle; and his siblings, Jamie Speagle and Starr Connor.
