He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Less Johnson Sr. and Lettie Burrell Johnson Hall; his wife Ophelia Thomas Johnson; his children, Tommy Thomas, Rickey Johnson, Lily Joanne and Diane Johnson; and his siblings, Earlene, Mozell, Essie Mae, Edna, Mary, Martha, James, George and Lonzo.
He is survived by: his sons, Floyd, Samuel (Patricia), Calvin, Frank (Felicia), Ferlen (Patricia), Otis (Laura) and Bruce (Carolyn); his daughter-in-law Jennifer (Rickey); his siblings, Velray Davis and Amos Hall; and his siblings-in-law, Jessie Lee Glover (Willie), Idena Harwell, James Thomas (Mandena), Bill Simmons (Christine), Denise, Vanessa (Ray), Sadie (Glen Jr.) and Omega Thomas (Aubrey). He is also survived by her grandchildren, and a host of loving nieces and nephews.
