She was predeceased by: her parents, Golden L. Surrett and Hazel E. Surrett; her husband Charles V. Rogers; her sisters, Elizabeth Ann Vaughn and Nancy Lena White; and her granddaughter Rebecca Michelle Varner.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Rogers (Kristin) of West Columbia, SC, Lecia D. Lawrence of Richmond, VA, Jacqueline (Jackie), Tamela R. Miller (Vincent) of Pulaski, VA and Lynn R. Wilkes (Ernie) of Columbia. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
