It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Delly (Winnsboro, South Carolina), who passed away on September 30, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Delly Sr. and Bertha Delly; and his siblings, Authurhetta Youngblood, Margaret Delly and Robert Delly Jr..
He is survived by: his sisters, Joan D Conner of Columbia, SC and Bertha D. Brown (Lake Wateree) of Ridgeway, SC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
