He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Perry and Sally Irene Weed; and his sisters, Georgia Perry and Brenda Goff. He is survived by: his children, Mark Anthony Perry and Deana Michelle Perry; his siblings, Jamie Perry, Wayne Perry, John "Boo" Perry, Martha Perry, Debbie Haney and Becky Bradwell; his grandchildren, Jayden Perry, Jeremiah Perry and Jaliyah Nelson; and his close friend Donnie Anderson.
