She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Thomas and Mildred Powell Thomas; and her siblings, Dan L. Thomas and Judy Thomas Lucas. She is survived by: her husband Charles H. McLendon; her sons, Charles S. McLendon and Matthew G. McLendon (Bianca); her sister June Thomas Hedges (David); and her granddaughter Sophia P. McLendon.
