She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph E. Douglas and Sarah Branham Douglas; and her husband Austin Ford Peay. She is survived by: her daughters, Sarah Peay Price and Miriam Peay Costenbader (Heath); her siblings, Larry Joe Douglas (Diane), Jesse Lee Douglas (Brenda) and Carolyn Douglas Tanner (John); and her grandchildren, Austin, Sally Costenbader, Patrick and Courtney Price.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent in Betty Jo's memory to Sion Presbyterian Church, 116 W. Washington Street, Winnsboro, SC 29180.
