She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Felton Mincey and Cleavie Rish Mincey; her daughters, Rhonda Crowe (Larry), Cindy Dove and Jayne Foster (Randy); her brother Buck Mincey; her grandchildren, Christopher Oxner, Candace Oxner, Joshua Knode and Patrick Knode; her great grandchild Evelyn Oxner; and her husband Hubert Wylie Dove.
