He was predeceased by: his parents, Saddie Smith and William R. Rabb, Sr.; and his brothers, William R. Rabb (Katherine), Rogers L. Rabb (Mary Florence) and John W. Rabb.
He is survived by: his daughter Jane Blair Rabb Watkins (Marcus); his grandchildren, Alex Gilbert, Madeline Gilbert and Hayden Watkins; his sisters-in-law, Lucy Rabb (John), Edna Ruff, Doris Douglas (Morris), Beverly Anne Elledge (Paul) and Ann Tefs; and his nieces and nephews, Kathy, Sally, Derrick, Johnny, Scottie and Bill.
