He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lynn Brock and Donald "Slick" Youngblood. He is survived by: his wife Frances Sigman "Fran" Cooper; his children, Annie Cheeks (Don) of Aiken, Robbie Reagan (Amy) of Aiken and Jamie Cooper of Williston; his siblings, Donna Augustine (Scott) of Williston, Tony Cooper (Pam) of Williston, Will Cooper of Augusta, Landon Terry of North Augusta and Carlton "Dab" Youngblood (Shannon) of Williston; his grandsons, Keith Gibbs, Cayden Ward, Landen Reagan and Jayden Dicks; and his pets, Roscoe and Maggie. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
