He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Elijah; and his siblings, Raymond Noel (Myrtle), Adolphus Noel (Gladys), Ralph Noel and Mary Boyd (Bob).
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Green Noel; his daughter Teresa Noel; his stepchildren, Jenniffier Adams of Windsor, Shara Morgan of Windsor and Alan Adams of Covington, GA; his brother Paul Noel (Ruth) of Palm Bay, FL; and his sisters-in-law, Helen Green McGaha and Audrey Noel. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Mount Beulah Baptist Church, 856 Mt. Beulah Rd., Windsor, SC 29856.
