She was predeceased by: her husband Earnest Jackson; her parents, John Locke and Ruth Hutter Locke; and her daughter Brenda Jackson. She is survived by: her children, Karen Smith (Rick), Earnest Jackson, Jr. (Tammy) and Summerville; her sister Jacqueline Peck of Mexico, MO; her grandchildren, Ashley Smith (Terrance), Johnnie Smith, Jr. (Shawna), Christopher Smith, Daniel Smith and Cody Jackson; and her great grandchildren, Madison Smith, Kayla Smith, Cynthia Bass, Johnnie Smith, Zachary Smith and Maxwell Smith.
In lieu of flowers the family has suggested that memorials be made to First Baptist Church Montmorenci, P.O. Box 117, Montmorenci, SC 29839.
