He is survived by: his child Marion James; his wife Betty Jane Dicks Bussey; his daughters, Vivian Walton (Prince) and Kimberly Lewis; his grandchildren, Nicole Page, Melissa Nelson, Allen Walton, Jasmine Lewis and Alesha Lewis; his great grandchildren, Ayanna Jade Walton and Malachi Page; and his siblings-in-law, Martha Dicks, Inez Weathersbee, Angela Dicks, Emma Dicks, Nathaniel Dicks (Betty) and Robert Dicks (Diane).
