He was predeceased by: his parents, Casey Jones Proctor, Sr. and Lillian Muns Proctor. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Nettles Proctor; his children, Larry Franklin Proctor (Gina) of North Augusta, Barry Proctor of Aiken, Lisa Barwick of Windsor and Barbie Richardson (David) of Williston; his grandchildren, Casey Richardson (Jordan), Rebecca Richardson, Michael Barwick, Brian Barwick (Allissa), Josh Johnson and Amber Johnson; his great grandchildren, Gianna, Raelynn, Barrett and Everleigh; and his siblings, Carolyn Watson (Billy) of Macon, GA, Casey Jones Proct0r, Jr. (Linda) of Williston and Walter Proctor of Williston. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
