He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Utter and Joan Ingram Utter; his wife Kochia Lynette Felder Utter; his daughter Megan Knapp; his stepdaughter Breia Brown McBride (Deion); his sons, James Utter (Jordynn) and Robert Utter (Sierra Alsept); his stepsons, Jared Brown, Jeree Brown, Kendel Brown, Phillip Sanders, Andrew Rodenberry and Joseph Rodenberry; his siblings, Regina Welch of Star Utter and Thomas Knapp; his siblings-in-law, Ashley Miles, Shanice Covington (Edwin), Alexandria Felder and Lance Miles of Chris Hayes; his parents-in-law, Annette Pratt and Linell Felder; his grandmother Jestean Felder; his grandchildren, Justin, Caleb, Alicia, Amelia, Virgil, Jeremiah, Bryce and Lyanna; and his friends, Paul Allen, Joane Owens, Cindi Culberth and Ken Robbs. He was also cherished by friends, family, nieces, and nephews.
