C.; her grandchildren, Avery, Riley Bolick, Flynn, Leon, Tristan and Eretria Wilson; and her siblings, Cindy Cook of Troutville, Virginia, Mary Ann Caldwell of Monroeville, Victoria Patricia Ann Jarvis of Kenton, Ohio and Nicholas Kulikowsky, Jr. (Zorida) of Statesville, N. C.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
