It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of McArthur Owens of Williston, South Carolina, who passed away on November 6, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Owens, Sr. and Lucille Morris Owens; and his siblings, Marie Carroll, Erma Sweat and William.
He is survived by: his caregiver Dorothy "Dot" Still; his brother James Owens (Juanita) of Blackville, SC; his half-sisters, Bobbie Robinson of Barnwell, SC and Minnie Burckhardt of Charleston, SC; his stepdaughters, Debbie Harmon of Blackville, SC and Ann Owens of Sleytown, SC; his friends, Ervin Ezzell and Wayne Kennedy; and his caregivers, Monica, Ciera, Betsy, Marie and Joanne Blocker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Folk Funeral Home (170 Elko St, Williston, SC 29853-2612).
